BAKED COD FISH

Kim’s Baked Cod Fish 

Ingredients:...
4 6-ounce pieces cod
Garlic Salt
1/2 tbsp butter
1 canola spray
Juice of 1 lemon
Parsley
Paprika
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place fish in a baking dish large enough to hold the fish in one layer. Lay out foil and spray with canola spray. Season fish with a little garlic salt, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add a pat or two of butter. Seal foil
Bake for 12-14 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
