Banana Orange Avocado Smoothie
Prep Time: 3 min
Cook Time: 0 min
Ready in: 3 min
Yield: 2 small servings
Ingredients
2 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen for 1 hour
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup orange juice
½ an avocado (without the peel)
zest of 1 orange
milk
Directions
Blend everything together in a food processor. If you have a good blender, you can use that too.
If you want the smoothie thinner, add milk until you're satisfied with the consistency. Serve immediately.
